Linea Caffe occupies a corner in the Mission with a specificity of intention that shows in everything: the navy blue exterior, the red-framed windows, the bench outside for the person not ready to go in. The coffee is roasted in-house and the sourcing programme is taken seriously without being performed. The interior is narrow and the bar faces the street. Arrive before the neighbourhood does.
